COMPANY MORACELL S.R.O. WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2000.

The business activities include manufacturing and sales of hygiene products made of cotton paper and cellulose. Besides the own portfolio of brands the company manufactures private labels for Czech retail chains and customers with own parameter requirements for foreign markets.

Besides the own portfolio of products, the business activities involve a range of other hygiene program in form of paper and hygiene cotton wool products in order to meet the requirements of domestic and foreign customers. These products are manufactured only from the finest raw materials supplied by reputable European processors of cellulose and cotton wool.

With its products under the trademark brand BIG SOFT, it has begun to be more and more promoted not only on the Czech market but also abroad – especially in Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Baltic States.

In November 2005, leased premises, including production lines, destroyed an extensive fire. After that, the company moved to the warehouses in Pohořelice and continued exclusively in the wholesale business. At the end of 2008, the management decided to redeem suitable land and build its own warehouses in the Industrial Area in Zabcice, the first warehouse and the headquarters of the company were completed  the next year.

A new production hall was approved in 2010.

In May 2011 was installed a new automatic line for the production of toilet paper and kitchen towels, the most modern in the Czech Republic. Since then MORACELL has become the largest producer of goods throughout the Czech Republic.

• Net turnover for products and goods achieved in last years were in the amount of 25 mil EUR
• Turnover distribution: 80 % domestic market and 20 % export market
• 75 % of the turnover was created by products manufactured in our company
• Our brands Big Soft and Fine&Soft 55 %

In 2016, the company started construction of another warehouse extension with an area of approx. 4,500 m²

2018 was the most significant year for development in the history of our company:

• The whole area covers 47,000 m²
• The built area is 15,000 m²
• The number of employees is 75
• 2 identical converting lines for the production of toilet paper and kitchen towels
• Our company has 16,000 pallet places
